December 2016 I was introduced to a new deodorant. I already have a favorite deodorant that I use so I did not use the ban unscented Roll-On Antiperspirant Deodorant I was given. The ban deodorant I was given was purchased from Walmart. I have been using this deodorant for any underarm concerns here and there throughout the year so far. Since beginning my product review blog and seeing an advertisement for this product in the May 2017 issue of Better Homes & Gardens Magazine on page 13 I do not mind reviewing this product for my readers.
I love to shop in my local Walmart. A few times while shopping I have seen this deodorant in the personal care/hygiene aisle. This specific brand of deodorant is not a product that I would regularly purchase. I was surprised to see an advertisement for this antiperspirant deodorant in the May 2017 issue of Better Homes & Gardens Magazine on page 13. Better Homes & Gardens Magazine did not send me the ban unscented Roll-On antiperspirant deodorant photographed below next to the ban advertisement printed in the May 2017 issue of Better Homes & Gardens Magazine on page 13. I have been receiving the Better Homes & Gardens Magazine in the mail since November 2015. I do not know the Better Homes & Gardens Magazine to provide products and samples. While Better Homes & Gardens is a very interesting magazine it is not a magazine I will showcase on my product review blog.
Using deodorant for my underarms is apart of my personal hygiene routine and something I have always done. It is important to find and wear a good deodorant! I will not purchase ban unscented Roll-On Antiperspirant Deodorant or any of the other ban Roll-On Antiperspirant Deodorants to include the regular and powder fresh scents.
The ban unscented Roll-On Antiperspirant deodorant my mother purchased from Walmart does not expire until 09/2019. As stated on the ban deodorant I was given: ban is specially formulated to leave no white marks, glides on smooth, is non irritating and reduces underarm perspiration. The ban deodorant bottle and the printed advertisement featured in the May 2017 issue of Better Homes & Gardens Magazine on page 13 is quite misleading. This product does not provide invisible protection and it is not like standard invisible solid deodorants. After applying the ban unscented Roll-On Antiperspirant Deodorant to my underarms I could see the deodorant on my skin. If I were going to consider purchasing a new deodorant the first thing I would like to see is the deodorant applies clear. The ban unscented Roll-On Antiperspirant deodorant I was given is unscented. If you are considering purchasing this product you will need to reapply the ban antiperspirant deodorant often throughout the day. This antiperspirant deodorant from ban is not a lasting formula.
